Incredible staff!!!! Fantastic renovations!!! We only stayed one night, driving thru on our way back from Texas to SoCal. But great hotel!
First of all, great people and service. Shuttle picked us up from airport, which is a hike, driver was personable and like a tour guide. Breakfast, woman made us waffles and found some syrup to make chocolate milk. Room was comfortable.
All good as far as the rooms, staff and location. I must be turning into a picky eater when it comes to breakfast, but there are options so that's on me. The only thing I wished they had was a guest laundry. Other than that, I would never hesitate to stay here again.
My first time staying here and they are under renovation. My room was clean. I didn’t realize this hotel is 30 minutes from the airport. I thought it was closer when I booked. The incidental charge is reasonable, $25 on top of your reservation cost. The staff was very nice. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel. The only problem I had was when I asked the guy at the front desk where the gym was he showed me a little room where the gym is temporarily and I said ok thanks I’ll be back down. When I can down later and tried the 2 treadmills they have, neither worked. Then I tried the elliptical and the bike both also not working. When I checked out there was a different front desk person and I explained to him that nothing works in the gym and he said they are getting some new gym equipment in soon and apologized. The first hotel staff member should have told me that. Update 11/7/25: I stayed here for work every month and last week my floor was sticky and the guy at the front desk was so helpful. Ms. Inez came and mopped over the floor and she was so nice and I could tell she really enjoys her job. Her and the young man at the front desk that use to live in Wisconsin both need a raise! Or bonus! Excellent customer service!!! I updated my stats for service to “5”

It’s really nice. Best breakfast that I’ve ever had at an American hotel. Extra shelves in bathroom for your items. Enough pillows on the bed. Can regulate the heating and air in the room!! Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff here are very friendly, I have stayed here over the past 3 years maybe 5 times for a couple of weeks each time and they remember me and always greet me with a smile.
